Everli, Europe’s leading online grocery marketplace, announces today that it has hired Petr Novak in the position of Country Manager Czech Republic. 

Joining from Sodexo, Petr developed a strong experience in the B2B and B2C services industry as Commercial Director. During his professional career, he has been responsible for new business development, building new sales channels, reorganisations with special focus on effectiveness and customer experience.

We bring an additional channel through which retailers can reach new customers. This strategy has already proven successful in other markets in which we operate. On the contrary, these two channels can complement each other perfectly. That’s why Petr’s mission will be to let retailers know that we are not competing with them, but working with them.”

It’s been more than a year since Italian grocery marketplace Everli entered the Czech market. Its main goal is to help food retailers move their products online and simplify the shopping experience for customers. Since then, Everli has established its place among other online food retailers on the Czech market. It currently serves 16 Czech cities, namely Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Pilsen, Olomouc, Havířov, Liberec, České Budějovice, Hradec Králové, Ústí nad Labem, Pardubice and Kladno. The latest additions to the cities served are Most, Opava, Frýdek-Místek and Zlín.
